7.1 Shipping

If the shipment has not been dispatched within two weeks, the Purchaser should contact the Seller.

If you change your mind before printing begins, you may request a full refund by contacting the Seller as soon as possible.
Once printing has started, refunds will only be issued if:
The product fails to arrive, and
The delivery failure is confirmed by the shipping carrier
Damaged or Defective Products
Refunds or replacements are available if the product arrives damaged or defective.
To qualify:
The Purchaser must provide photo or video evidence
Claims must be made within 7 days of receiving the product
Minor cosmetic damage caused during delivery may not qualify for refunds.
Returns
If you wish to return a product, please contact the Seller to discuss possible solutions.
The Seller may offer alternatives such as sending a replacement product instead of processing a return.
If a return is accepted:

Damaged products cannot be returned

Uncollected Orders
If a product is not collected from the delivery pickup point within the postal service's specified timeframe and is returned to the Seller, no refund will be issued.

All prints are produced, packaged, and shipped by Johan Thelander phography with a few special exemptions.
